The Lexis Database (Updated 2011) includes four tables:

Words, which lists the 129,029 words explicated into their prefixes, bases,
suffixes, procedures, and processes

Prefixes, which lists the 245 prefixes found in those 129,029 explications

Bases, which lists the 16,981 bases found in them

Suffixes, which lists the 1,196 suffixes
